President Dina Boluarte called on the country's authorities to build the infrastructure that the population needs as schools and hospitals more quickly, with political will.
She said so, when participated in the delivery of land for the construction of the new High Performance School (COAR) in the Apurímac region. The Minister of Health, César Vásquez, also participates in the ceremony.
The president said that her government wants to leave tangible works in this region to meet the health and education needs of the people of Apurímac.
“We are going to lay the first stone of the COAR Apurímac, before the end of the government we will arrive to inaugurate it, big bicentennial schools can be built in 6 to 8 months maximum,” she said.
She also indicated that it is planned to build an EsSalud hospital and another hospital of the Ministry of Health in record time, when there is political will.
“In the government we have shown that the technical file cannot last 15 years, we have said that when there is political will, time is the least important thing, we work all year round, that is why the file is finished,” she stressed.
She also said that in January and May 2025 both hospitals will be put out to tender.
After this event, the President of the Republic, Dina Ercilia Boluarte Zegarra, participated in the launch of the "Productive Cultural Landscapes and Terraces Project in Peru", in the district of Caraybamba, Apurímac.
Finally President Boluarte highlighted the arrival of the first container from Chancay Port in Peru to Shanghai in China, and stressed that the distance between America and Asia continents has been shortened, which represents a great advance for Peruvian agricultural exports.
