Presidency: Peru to showcase importance as strategic partner in Davos, Switzerland

Peru has the invaluable opportunity to continue demonstrating its importance as a strategic partner globally at the World Economic Forum (WEF) to be held in Davos, Switzerland, from January 20 to 24, where the Head of State, Dina Boluarte, will participate, the Presidency of the Republic highlighted on Wednesday.

"The World Economic Forum (WEF) is a global platform for cooperation, where Peru has an invaluable opportunity to continue demonstrating its importance as a strategic partner in the world," it noted via social media.

The WEF is a global platform for public-private cooperation, in which heads of state and government, senior executives, and presidents of transnational corporations, senior officials of international organizations, and other sectors participate.

On this occasion, the meeting's central theme will be "Collaboration for the Intelligent Age," which will take place in Davos from January 20 to 24.

As is known, President Boluarte will participate in various events with her counterparts, CEOs of companies, and high-level experts during her presence at this global meeting.

It also stated that the top official will remain in charge of the Office of the President of the Republic using digital technologies, which adopt digital security mechanisms and guarantee the security of the means to be used.
