Peru: New State Ministers sworn in

The President of the Republic Dina Boluarte administered the oath of office to three new State Ministers.

On the occasion, the Head of State swore in Jose Antonio Salardi Rodriguez as new Minister of Economy and Finance. He replaces Jose Berley Arista Arbildo in the post.

Afterwards, Fanny Esther Montellanos Carbajal was sworn in as new Minister of Women and Vulnerable Populations. She succeeds Angela Teresa Hernandez Cajo.

Subsequently, the top official administered the oath of office to Leslie Carol Urteaga Peña, who has become the new Minister of Development and Social Inclusion. She replaces Julio Javier Demartini Montes in the position.

This ceremony took place at the Government Palace in Lima on Friday night.
