Peru's Ambassador presents credentials, reaffirms friendship ties with Netherlands

Diplomat Franca Deza presented to His Majesty King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands the credentials accrediting her as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Peru to the Kingdom.

The official ceremony included honors to the friendship between the two countries and the performance of the National Anthem of Peru.

Within this framework, the envoy met with King Willem-Alexander, to whom she conveyed the cordial greetings from President Dina Boluarte.

The Peruvian ambassador and the Dutch monarch discussed various topics on the common agenda and the strengthening of diplomatic relations, which will mark their 160th anniversary in 2025.

The Head of Mission also renewed Peru's commitment to strengthening bilateral friendship ties.

This event took place at Noordeinde Palace in The Hague on November 20.
