At this hearing, the prosecutor also presented an accusation against Augusto Bedoya Camere; Keiko Fujimori's ex-husband, Mark Vito Villanella; Carmela Paucara; Rafael Herrera Mariños; Erika Yoshiyama Koga; Antonietta Gutierrez Rosati; and Ana Cecilia Matzuno.
At the next session, to be held virtually on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m., the prosecutor will complete presenting this accusation. Similarly, the State attorneys will take the floor.
Meanwhile, the Court indicated that the July 15 hearing will be held in person for the participation of defense attorneys, who must attend the session accompanied by their clients.
At the beginning of today's session, at which neither Keiko Fujimori nor the other 45 defendants participated, the Third National Collegiate Criminal Court of the National Superior Court lifted the "defendants in contempt of Court" status of Luis Barboza Davila, Juan Luna Frisancho, and Italo Pachas Quiñones, who participated in the virtual hearing.
