Canada hosts pre-premiere of 'Paddington in Peru'

Toronto was the setting for the pre-premiere of "Paddington in Peru," a film that celebrates the adventures of the beloved Paddington Bear and highlights the cultural richness of our country.

The event —organized by the Commission for the Promotion of Peru for Export and Tourism (PromPeru) in Canada— took place on February 13 at the Cineplex Cinemas Yonge-Dundas, in the heart of the city.

It was attended by representatives of the Peruvian EmbassyConsulate General in Toronto, and Trade Office.

This event brought together media, travel agents, and business partners as well.

During his speech, Peru's Ambassador to Canada, Manuel Talavera Espinar, highlighted the importance of this film production as an invaluable opportunity to strengthen Peru's image abroad.

He also highlighted Paddington's values and invited the audience to discover our country.
