Starting November 2020, 25 new air routes will be reopened to 11 countries in North America, South America, Central America, and the Caribbean, thus leading to a total of 36 destinations which can be visited by Peruvians.

Within this framework, many people show interest in learning which cities in the United States Peruvians can travel to and from.

The Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC) affirmed that it will be possible to fly to six destinations in the North American country:

1. Los Angeles
2. New York
3. Orlando
4. Miami
5. Houston
6. Atlanta

The MTC stressed that passengers must comply with the health protocols for international flights, such as delivering negative molecular-test results and filling out the Migration Office's virtual form.

"To activate these routes, the sanitary conditions of flights and the international protocols against COVID-19 were assessed. We urge passengers to continue complying with the biosafety protocols established for international flights," said MTC head Carlos Estremadoyro.

"This way, people will be able to continue with their work and study-related activities or medical treatments, but always protecting their health to avoid contagion. Also, remember that these measures apply to any international traveler, under responsibility of the airlines," he added.

The expansion of international destinations was decided in coordination with the Ministry of Health (Minsa).
