The Superintendence of Ground Transportation of People, Cargo, and Goods (Sutran) on Sunday registered 65 sections with interrupted vehicular traffic flows, which affect highways in 5 Peruvian regions.

According to Sutran's Interactive Map updated at 12:00 p.m., the regions involved are Apurimac, Cusco, Puno —the most affected one— Madre de Dios, and Ica.

Among the roads with interrupted traffic flow are Km 233 of Longitudinal de la Costa Sur in Ica; Km 689 of Longitudinal de la Sierra Sur in Apurimac, Km 316 of Urcos – Mazuco – Iñapari in Madre de Dios, Km 352+800 of Interoceanica San Gaban in Puno, and Km 156 of Chalhuahuacho –Espinar – Ayaviri in Cusco, among others.

In addition, the report indicates that 13 national roads are currently affected, compared to the 19 reported on Saturday.

Check out the Sutran Interactive Map at the following link to explore —in detail— the state of such roads.

The interactive map is updated with information from the Highway Police Department, as well as from road concessionaires and Sutran inspectors.

Sutran has provided a WhatsApp number for individuals to submit complaints or provide information about the situation on the roads.

A toll-free line is also available to that end. Call 0800 12345.

On the other hand, Sutran reminded citizens to review or consult the interactive map, which is accessible to anyone, to find out the state of roads before making a trip as updates are made on a permanent basis.
