After completing it, Obama Foundation Scholars will return to their communities and continue the important work they started in the program by implementing their own personalized action plan.
PRESET creator
In 2017, Jara created and implemented
PRESET, a virtual platform that has improved the evaluation process of water and sanitation projects through digital technical assistance reaching 1,872 Peruvian municipalities and reducing evaluation time on projects from 24 to 5 months.
Now, Cesar is focused on the implementation of the First Strategy, which aims to increase the percentage of rural households in Peru that drink chlorinated water from 2.6% in 2018 to 41% in 2021.
