13:53 | Paris (France), Sep. 16.

Peruvian Consul General to Paris Liliam Ballon Sanchez visited the temporary exhibition "Des Mochicas aux Incas - Le Pérou Archéologique" organized by Archaeological Museum of Val-d'Oise.

The exposition was held from October 13, 2018 to September 15, 2019.

The museum's Director Céline Blondeau and Pontoise City Deputy Mayor Gérard Seimbille, as well as archaeologists, welcomed the Peruvian diplomat to the event.

The exhibition was composed of chronologically-ordered displays along with explanation that included photographs, as well as historical, economic, social, and religious information of the development of pre-Inca cultures —such as Nazca, Mochica, Tiahuanaco, Wari, and Chimu— and the Inca Empire

Likewise, it included a timeline comparing the development of Peruvian and French cultures, as well as a gallery of archaeological pieces of both countries from around the same time period, aimed at finding similarities in shape and color.
