The latest edition of the PRweek Global Awards —held in London on May 20— praised Peruvian creativity, making Peru the only country in the region to be recognized at said ceremony.

"Programa Tu Vacuna" was developed jointly by NGO Una Vida por Dakota, under the creative idea of Orange 360.

The objective was to persuade parents, pregnant women, senior citizens, and patients with chronic diseases, to become aware of the importance of vaccination and learn where to get immunized in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

"Before Programa Tu Vacuna, there was no global campaign that promoted vaccination at the national level and even less in the midst of a health emergency," said Gianina Orellana, CEO & Founder of Orange 360.

In the Best Influencer Marketing Campaign category, the "100 Km de Prevencion" of the League Against Cancer —developed by the agencies Orange 360 and McCann— was highly praised by the international jury of the awards.

The project aimed to raise awareness about skin care, taking into account that 3 out of 10 Peruvians use sunscreen in a country with the highest ultraviolet radiation index around the world.

The prevention message reached 12 million people.

This way, Peru achieves new successes in the PRWeek Global Awards, consolidating its name in the most renowned international rankings and awards.
