On its part, the
Peruvian Soccer Federation (FPF) reported it had nominated the Inca country for this important sport event, which "will be the cherry on the cake in the year commemorating the independence bicentennial of the Republic."
The venues proposed by the FPF are Lima, Trujillo, Chiclayo, Piura, Moquegua, and Tacna.
Thus, the Inca country will host the FIFA U-17 World Cup for the second time since 2005.
Meanwhile, the 2019 FIFA U-17 World Cup will take place in Brazil on October 26-November 17.
