Peruvian President Martin Vizcarra on Tuesday arrived in southern Tacna region to monitor and assess the multisectoral actions taken in support of the victims of heavy rains and
resultant landslide that hit this part of the country.
"We have arrived in Tacna to supervise and evaluate the multisectoral actions set by the Executive Branch in order to assist the landslide victims," the
Presidency of the Republic posted on Twitter.
The Head of State was joined by Ministers Jorge Montenegro (Agriculture and Irrigation) and Walter Martos (Defense).
