As is known, the strategy is aimed at ensuring the educational process throughout the South American nation amid the coronavirus health emergency.
"Primary school classes started today, and reports indicate that over a million students have been online (via the online platform), while others —living in the most remote parts of the country— chose television and radio platforms," the Head of State expressed.
"Our country has a future, now we are facing a serious problem, but we will emerge with our own strength," he expressed.
For his part,
Education Minister Martin Benavides stressed the very positive response of all educational community stakeholders, that is, students, parents, teachers and school principals, towards the distance learning plan prepared by the Central Government.
"We have seen very beautiful portraits of students around the country —in rural and urban settings— using radio, television, and Internet, with everyone trying to learn and make the best use of this opportunity," he added.
