The supreme resolutions, by which the resignation of Hernandez Alcantara and the designation of Ponce Vertiz are made official, were published in the
Official Gazette El Peruano on Tuesday.
Supreme Resolution 002-2023 establishes the appointment of Ponce Vertiz as Deputy Minister of Pedagogical Management, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Organization and Duties of the Ministry of Education (Law No. 31224).
Officialized resignation
The designation came following the resignation of Hernandez Alcantara from the aforementioned post.
Said resignation was officialized by Supreme Resolution No. 001-2023, also published today.
