The event was held at the Asian country's Embassy in the Peruvian capital, Lima.
"The friendship and brotherhood (ties) between our countries must go on in order to generate the conditions for a generational change and with greater opportunities for all Peruvians," Mrs. Paredes expressed on her Twitter account.
