Peru: 11th Decentralized Council of Ministers held in Pasco

The 11th Decentralized Council of Ministers session aimed at working on the Pasco Territorial Development Agenda took place on Friday.

The event saw the participation of Cabinet Chief Anibal Torres, State ministers, some Congress members, Pasco Region Governor Pedro Ubaldo, mayors, and civil society representatives, among others.

The meeting took place at the Municipal Coliseum of Chaupimarca.

Afterwards, State ministers addressed attendees to announce the actions implemented by the Executive Branch in favor of this region, which hosts a population of 291,509 people —mainly dedicated to mining and farming activities.

The President of the Republic, Pedro Castillo, was in charge of closing the event.
