South Korean Ambassador Yungjoon JO on Thursday visited Editora Peru headquarters, where he met with its General Manager and Editor-in-Chief Felix Paz.

During the meeting, the South Korean envoy highlighted the relationship between the Asian country and Peru, especially between the South Korean Embassy and Editora Peru, which owns Andina News Agency, the Official Gazette El Peruano, and Segraf.

For his part, Editora Peru's General Manager and Editor-in-Chief Felix Paz noted the good relations and closeness between Andina News Agency and its South Korean counterpart Yonhap.

Moreover, he stressed the need to move forward in the digital transformation and affirmed that South Korea can be a key ally in pursuit of this goal.

Paz remarked that Editora Peru seeks to forge the corresponding alliances to increase the number of scholarship journalists from said important nation.

During his visit, the Ambassador walked through the joint editorial department of El Peruano and Andina News Agency.
