Peruvian Prime Minister Gustavo Adrianzen stressed the need to stop political noise once and for all, to give way to unity and trust, thereby leading to tranquility and a long-awaited economic rebound.

In a statement, Adrianzen said the ministerial Cabinet works with total transparency and has zero tolerance for corruption.

"It is up to us to continue moving forward. We will not allow ourselves to be distracted by political noise, which must stop to give way to unity and trust to reactivate the economy, bring citizen security, and shorten structural gaps," he remarked.

Moreover, the Cabinet chief stressed that the will that drives the Government headed by President Dina Boluarte and the Ministerial Cabinet reflects full transparency and absolute collaboration with justice administration entities.

In this regard, he stressed that the President of the Republic has expressed, at all times, her willingness to collaborate with jurisdictional authorities in each of the investigations in which she is involved.

With regard to the Peru Libre party’s accounts, he underscored that President Boluarte has already appeared before the Attorney General's Office to give her statement and has also submitted an expert opinion showing that there is no asset imbalance between expenses and revenues.

As for the vehicle referred to in a journalistic article, he indicated that it was acquired in 2019 when the President was a citizen who did not exercise any representation function.

"Although said vehicle was purchased using cash, it is easy to verify that, given the amount, it was purchased entirely with the family savings of the time. In this regard, let me inform you that the verification processes carried out by the Comptroller's Office have ruled out any possibility of the existence of a possible asset imbalance," he stated.

In addition, Adrianzen explained the reasons why a State Security's personal guard vehicle assigned to the Head of State was located in Asia district, south of Lima.

"The President is the only public official who is obliged, as Head of State and for her safety, to travel in official vehicles to perform all of her activities, whether official or personal," he explained.

Regarding the Apurimac Regional Club accounts, he noted that the fact that it is a joint account should not be surprising, since it is a common practice among this type of associations and is done for administrative and security reasons.
