Peruvian Prime Minister Gustavo Adrianzen on Sunday expressed total rejection of the leak to the press of photographs contained in the minutes that the Attorney General's Office recorded during the raid carried out at the home of the President of the Republic, Dina Boluarte, as well as at the Government Palace.

"In addition to the deep indignation at the unnecessary, disproportionate, and illegal raid carried out at the President's private home, today I must express my total rejection of the leak to the press of the photographs contained in the minutes signed yesterday (Saturday)," he wrote in a post on social media.

Likewise, Adrianzen warned that such events violate the principle of confidentiality of the investigation and must be officially reported, after which an investigation must be initiated to identify those responsible and punish them with the full weight of the law.

"The politicization of justice in this investigation is clear. There are interests that seek to harm the institution of the Presidency of the Republic and the Government, without thinking about governability or the negative impact of all this on Peru," he said.

The Prime Minister denounced the media coverage of this case that involves the Head of State in an investigation for alleged illicit enrichment and failure to record a statement in writing.

"The Ministerial Cabinet denounces the mediatization of this case, which only confirms that we are facing an undue exploitation and unacceptable politicization of justice," he emphasized.
