on Sunday extended the suspension of passenger flights from South Africa until March 31 in response to the state of the COVID-19 pandemic at a global level.
Within the framework of the regulations aimed at facing COVID-19 in Peru, as well as the epidemiological situation of the virus, Ministerial Resolution 877-2021-MTC/01 was issued. It suspended passenger flights from South Africa until September 30, 2021.
The document mentions that said measure was extended by ministerial resolutions 949-2021-MTC/01 until October 31, 2021; 1093-2021-MTC/01 until November 30, 2021; and 1257-2021-MTC/01 until 31 December, 2021; 1402-2021-MTC/01 until January 31, 2022; and 057-2022-MTC/01 until February 28, 2022.
