Peru: President receives credentials from ambassadors of six countries

The President of the Republic Pedro Castillo has received the credential letters from Ambassadors designated by the United Arab Emirates, Hungary, Belgium, Sweden, Ecuador, and the European Union to Peru.

Thus, the above-mentioned ambassadors officially take up their diplomatic duties in the South American country.

It must be pointed out that the event took place as part of the strengthening of Peru's foreign policy and its cooperation with countries around the world. 


The Head of State received the credentials of Ambassadors Abdulla Ali Khater AlShamsi (UAE), Katalin Korössy (Hungary), and Mark Van de Vreken (Belgium).

Likewise, Ambassadors Maria Cramér (Sweden), Galo Yepez Holguín (Ecuador), and Gaspar Frontini (European Union) presented their respective letters.


The ceremony took place on Thursday at the emblematic Golden Hall of the Government Palace.

During the event, President Castillo was accompanied by Peru's Foreign Affairs Minister Oscar Maurtua.
