Peru: President Boluarte meets with Brazil's Ambassador for Climate Change

The President of the Republic Dina Boluarte on Tuesday held an audience with Brazilian Ambassador Extraordinary for Climate Change, Luiz Alberto Figueiredo Machado.

The Head of State and the envoy discussed the importance of preserving the Amazon area and the role that Peru and Brazil play in this matter.

According to the Presidential Office Strategic Communication and Press Secretariat, this session started at 11:00 a.m. (local time).

The event took place at the Government Palace in the Peruvian capital, Lima.
