Peru: Over 77.2 million COVID-19 vaccine doses applied

77,310,413 doses of the vaccine against COVID-19 have been so far administered in Peru, the Ministry of Health (Minsa) reported.

Out of that total, 27,592,175 were given as second dose, thus accounting for 84.2% of the target population.
Within this framework, 18,525,113 citizens have been vaccinated with a third dose.

They also account for 64.8% of the general population, the leading government authority in the health sector said in its daily report.

Similarly, 1,699,429 people have received the fourth dose.
