Peru: Over 69.2 million COVID-19 vaccine doses applied

69,315,851 doses of the vaccine against COVID-19 have been so far administered in Peru, the Ministry of Health (Minsa) has reported.

Out of that total, 26,355,492 were given as second dose, thus accounting for 80.4% of the target population.
Within this framework, 14,079,438 citizens have been vaccinated with a third dose.

They also account for 49.3% of the general population, the leading government authority in the health sector said in its daily report.
