64,781,950 doses of the vaccine against COVID-19 have been so far administered in Peru, the
Ministry of Health (Minsa) has reported.
Out of that total, 25,249,262 were given as second dose, thus accounting for 77.02% of the target population.
Within this framework, 11,304,207 citizens have been vaccinated with a booster dose.
They also account for 34.48% of the general population, the leading government authority in the health sector said in its daily report.
