President Martin Vizcarra on Tuesday afternoon administered the oath to Sylvia Caceres, who has become the new Labor and Employment Promotion Minister of Peru.
She will thus replace Christian Sanchez, who decided to step down from the post on December 7.
The swearing-in ceremony took place a few minutes after 4:00 PM (local time) at the Government Palace's Golden Hall in Lima.
