The
Peruvian Executive Branch on Tuesday greeted Arequipa, Huanuco, and Piura regions for their corresponding foundation anniversaries.
Likewise, it highlighted the drive and strength of their people, as well as the tradition, culture, and history of these three regions.
On this occasion, the Government renewed its commitment to continue working in an articulated manner with them so as to generate the development of their people.
"Happy anniversary Arequipa, Huanuco, and Piura! Today, we highlight the drive and strength of their people, their tradition, culture, and history," the
Presidency of the Republic expressed.
"We renew the Executive Branch's commitment to continue working in coordination on the important task of generating the development of their people," it added.
The cities of Arequipa, Huanuco, and Piura celebrate today 483, 484, and 491 years of foundation, respectively.
