The Cabinet member called on the official to continue guiding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in terms of quality management and to continue with the ISO 9001:2015 certification processes in the institution.
Similarly, Minister Gervasi pointed out that the Foreign Affairs Ministry's new Secretary General will face important challenges, such as the great need to continue with institutional modernization, digitalization, and the use of new electronic tools.
In turn, Ambassador Elmer Schialer reaffirmed his commitment to the articulation of the ministry’s administrative systems and its modernization process, as well as to the continuous improvement of the services it provides to all Peruvians.
