Peru: Executive Branch reviews details of 2022 budget

Peru's Prime Minister Guido Bellido on Thursday met with a team of officials from the Ministry of Economy (MEF) —led by Minister Pedro Francke— to review details of the 2022 budget.

During the gathering, participants expressed their intention to allocate resources to the sectors that need them most.


In addition, Bellido held an audience with Huanuco Region Governor Juan Alvarado with whom he addressed the most important investment projects in such region.

He also met with Puno Province Mayor Martin Ticona, with whom he pledged to find a joint solution to the challenges in this jurisdiction.

On the other hand, the head of the Ministerial Cabinet met with Albert Arenas, Mayor of San Jeronimo District (Cusco region), to discuss the most urgent needs of his locality.
