Peru's Foreign Affairs Minister Ricardo Luna and China's Culture Minister Luo Shugang inked a memorandum of understanding to guarantee the establishment of cultural centers in both countries.

Such centers will serve to promote artistic exchange and knowledge regarding customs and traditions.
