OAS Permanent Council to analyze situation in Peru on Jan 18

The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will hold a regular meeting to analyze "The Situation in Peru," among other topics, at the Hall of the Americas located inside the OAS headquarters in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. (local time).

The meeting will be broadcast live —with interpretation in Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese— on the OAS official website and Facebook page.

Representatives of the media interested in attending the meeting in person must wear a face mask, keep safe distance whenever possible, as well as present an identity document and COVID-19 vaccination card.

Due to restrictions linked to the pandemic, access to the press will be limited and spaces will be occupied strictly by order of arrival.
