Lima 2019: Pan American Games ticket sale starts on May 27

13:04 | Lima, May. 2.

Tickets for Lima 2019 —the multi-sports event that will bring together the world’s best athletes who will compete in 39 sports— already have set sales date and prices.

The Lima 2019 Organizing Committee announced that the ticket sale launch for the Pan American Games officially begins on Monday, May 27, while the launch for the Parapan Americans will begin on July 4.

The Organizing Committee informed that tickets will be offered at ten authorized Lima 2019 sales desks around the city, as well as in the Parque de la Exposicion and the Pan American and Parapan American Village located in Villa El Salvador district.

Those planning to attend the Games may also buy tickets online through the official website.

In the case of e-tickets, printing will no longer be necessary since customers can show their e-ticket from their mobile phones at the entrance of the sports venue.

Furthermore, it will be possible to buy tickets at all the competition venues the same day of each Lima 2019 Games event.

Discounts

The pricing policy aims to include everyone, so tickets for each official competition of Pan American sports events will range from S/20 (about US$6) for preliminary events, to S/30 (about US$9) for finals.

Tickets for the Parapan American Games will start at S/10 (about US$3). In both cases, there will be a 50% discount for children under 18, seniors and people with impairment.

People will also be able to attend the spectacular Lima 2019 Games Opening and Closing Ceremonies at the National Stadium starting at S/20 (about US$6).

To ensure that the highest international standards govern the sale of tickets and venue access control of events of such scale, the Lima 2019 Organizing Committee has chosen two world-leading partners like Teleticket and Ticketmaster.

The consortium of these two companies will guarantee world-class service and generate a great added value for the Games.
