"Having met the requirements set out in Article 647 of the Criminal Procedure Code, and in the provisions of the Extradition Treaty between the Republic of Chile and the Republic of Peru, the Supreme Court of the neighboring country proposes that the extension of extradition be granted due to his (Fujimori's) responsibility as the perpetrator of the crimes of illegal supply of firearms, illicit association to commit a crime, generic falsehood, conspiracy, and others," the communiqué indicated.
