Peru showcased at 'TravelXpo 2025' International Tourism Fair in Norway

Peru participated in the 'TravelXpo 2025' International Tourism Fair, held the Nova Spektrum Exhibition Center in Oslo, Norway, from January 10 to 12.

The Peruvian Embassy in the Kingdom of Norway, in cooperation with the Economic and Trade Office (OCEX) in Rotterdam, and with the participation of tourism companies Lima Tours, COEX Amazon, and Vikinka, took part in the latest edition of the 'TravelXpo 2025' International Tourism Fair.

Peru's official stand received a large number of visitors, who were able to learn about the wide and diverse range of tourism options that the country offers.

Additionally, Peru was the central theme of several conferences held during the fair.

First, the Peruvian Embassy and OCEX Rotterdam hosted a presentation in English for attendees, showcasing the South American country's tourist attractions and gastronomy for international visitors.

COEX Amazon, a Peruvian tourism company, also conducted daily presentations in Norwegian, highlighting its adventure tourism offerings focused on the Andes and the Amazonian region.

Lastly, in celebration of the upcoming release of the film 'Paddington in Peru' in Norway, the Peruvian Embassy and OCEX Rotterdam organized a raffle for the visitors. The winner received an image of the film's main character and a selection of Peruvian products.

The 'TravelXpo' International Tourism Fair, where Peru has participated for three consecutive years, is the most representative tourism promotion event in Norway, a country that has been steadily increasing its number of visitors to Peru.
