The meeting also included the participation of National Society of Mining, Oil and Energy (SNMPE) Chairwoman Julia Torreblanca; Las Bambas Mining Company CEO Ivo Zhao; and Hudbay Peru executives.
During the session, the Prime Minister reaffirmed the Executive Branch's decision to create spaces for dialogue between companies and communities, in order to ensure the sustainable growth of both.
With this event, the national government underscores its determination to foster ongoing coordination between the public and private sectors to build trust, encourage responsible investment, and contribute to the well-being of Peruvians.
