Peruvian Ambassador presents credentials to Romanian President

Diplomat Gloria del Carmen Olivares presented the letters of credence accrediting her as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Peru to Romania to the recipient State's President, Nicușor Dan.

During the meeting, Ambassador Olivares highlighted the excellent state of bilateral relations between the two countries, which are based on a historic friendship, shared values and principles, and multilateral cooperation.

In turn, President Dan expressed particular interest in strengthening and increasing bilateral trade.

Furthermore, he emphasized the importance of maintaining a good relationship with Peru to exchange experiences and jointly find solutions to the challenges faced by both countries.

In this dialogue, the Romanian Head of State conveyed his greetings to Peruvian President Dina Boluarte.

He also expressed interest in holding a meeting to further strengthen the bilateral relationship.

This event took place at the Cotroceni Presidential Palace in Bucharest on Tuesday.
