Peru: Government enacts amnesty law in favor of Armed Forces and National Police

The President of the Republic, Dina Boluarte, on Wednesday participated in the enactment of the law granting amnesty to members of the Armed Forces (FF.AA.), the Peruvian National Police (PNP), and self-defense committees who participated in the fight against terrorism between 1980 and 2000.
