As part of the 3rd Peru–Singapore Bilateral Political Consultations Mechanism, co-chaired by Foreign Affairs Ministers Elmer Schialer and Vivian Balakrishnan, the Peruvian Agency for International Cooperation (APCI) and the Singapore Cooperation Enterprise (SCE) signed the memorandum of understanding.

It sets out areas of cooperation including digital government, public administration, sustainability, public sector governance, and other matters as determined by the participants.

Singapore —internationally recognized for its excellence in public management— will contribute top-tier practical expertise in the aforementioned areas to drive high-impact initiatives for Peru's institutional and sustainable development.

The signing of this instrument reaffirms both countries' commitment to deepening their bilateral relationship, strengthening institutional capacities, and delivering concrete results that contribute to their citizens' well-being.
