Peruvian Government welcomes Ecuadorian President Noboa

The Peruvian Government officially welcomed Ecuadorian President Daniel Noboa, who has arrived in our country to participate in the Peru-Ecuador Presidential Meeting and XV Binational Cabinet.

The airplane carrying Mr. Noboa landed at Air Group No. 8 in Callao region on Wednesday evening.

The foreign top official arrived accompanied by his wife Lavinia Valbonesi, Ecuadorian Foreign Affairs Minister Gabriela Sommerfeld, and Government Minister Michele Sensi.

"The Government of Peru extends the warmest welcome to His Excellency the President of the Republic of Ecuador, Daniel Noboa Azin; to his wife; all Ministers of his Cabinet; and other members of his delegation visiting our country on the occasion of the Peru-Ecuador Presidential Meeting and XV Binational Cabinet. It will take place July 4 in the city of Lima," reads a communiqué.

Peruvian Foreign Affairs Minister Javier Gonzalez-Olaechea welcomed President Noboa and conveyed the most cordial greetings from President Dina Boluarte.

The Peru-Ecuador Presidential Meeting and XV Binational Cabinet will be held in the city of Lima today, where the main issues of the bilateral agenda will be addressed so as to foster both countries' development and well-being.
