Following the milestone of forming electoral alliances, a total of 36 political parties and three (3) alliances remain in the running for the
2026 General Elections, making up 39 organizations eligible to participate in next year's electoral contest.
The
alliances registered with the National Elections Board (JNE) are Unidad Nacional (National Unity); it is composed of Partido Popular Cristiano (Christian People's Party - PPC), Unidad y Paz (Unity and Peace), and Peruanos Unidos: ¡Somos Libres! (United Peruvians! We Are Free).
Likewise, the JNE authorized the registration of Fuerza y Libertad (Strength and Liberty); it is formed by Fuerza Moderna (Modern Force) and Batalla Peru (Battle for Peru) parties.
Moreover, Venceremos (We Will Overcome) was also approved; it consists of Nuevo Peru por el Buen Vivir (New Peru for Good Living) and Voces del Pueblo (Voices of the People) parties.

- Libertad Popular (Popular Freedom)
- Partido Aprista Peruano (Peruvian Aprista Party)
- Partido Ciudadanos por el Perú (Citizens for Peru Party)
- Partido Cívico Obras (Civic Works Party)
- Partido de los Trabajadores y Emprendedores PTE-Peru (Workers and Entrepreneurs Party)
- Partido del Buen Gobierno (Good Governance Party)

The General Elections will be held on April 12, 2026. In case of a runoff for the presidential race, it will take place on June 7 of the same year.
