Peru: Executive Branch appoints Deputy Minister of Territorial Governance

The Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM) has appointed Francisco Martin Gavidia Arrascue to the position of Deputy Minister of Territorial Governance at the PCM.

This measure is made official through Supreme Resolution No. 155-2025-PCM, published on Tuesday in the Legal Regulations Bulletin of the Official Gazette El Peruano.

This resolution is endorsed by the President of the Republic, Dina Boluarte, and Prime Minister Eduardo Arana.

Likewise, the document states that this decision is in accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law of the Executive Branch and the law that regulates the participation of the Executive Branch in the appointment and designation of public officials.

It also cites the law that establishes provisions to guarantee suitability in access to and performance of public office for freely appointed and removable officials and directors; and the Consolidated Regulations on the Organization and Functions of the PCM.

In another resolution, the appointment of Juan del Carmen Haro Muñoz to the position was concluded, and he was thanked for the services rendered to the Nation.
