Peruvian Cabinet Chief Eduardo Arana and Foreign Affairs Minister Elmer Schialer participated in the ceremony held to commemorate the Independence Day of the United States.

Held on Thursday evening, the ceremony was led by U.S. Chargé d'Affaires Joan Perkins.

During the event, cooperation between Peru and the United States was highlighted in areas such as trade and investment, citizen security, scientific research, and technological innovation.

This strategic partnership fosters development and well-being for the citizens of both countries, the Presidency of the Council of Ministers stated on social media.
