Ecuador's President Noboa arrives in Peru

Ecuadorian President Daniel Noboa has arrived in our country to head the Peru-Ecuador Presidential Meeting and XV Binational Cabinet, along with his Peruvian counterpart, Dina Boluarte.

The airplane carrying Mr. Noboa landed at Air Group No. 8 in Callao region on Wednesday evening.

The foreign top official arrived accompanied by his wife Lavinia Valbonesi, Ecuadorian Foreign Affairs Minister Gabriela Sommerfeld, and Government Minister Michele Sensi Contugi.

Upon arrival, President Noboa was welcomed by Peru's Foreign Affairs Minister Javier Gonzalez-Olaechea, who extended the corresponding protocol greeting.


It was announced that other members of the Ecuadorian Ministerial Cabinet will arrive on a second plane to participate in the meeting set to take place at the Government Palace this Thursday.

The Peru-Ecuador Presidential Meeting and XV Binational Cabinet will be held in the city of Lima, where the main issues of the bilateral agenda will be addressed so as to foster both countries' development and well-being.
