The President of the Republic Dina Boluarte on Tuesday reiterated her call for unity, stating that with everyone's unity, great things can be achieved and significant challenges can be overcome.

This message was issued during her speech for the start of construction of the new healthcare facility in Chalhuanca, Apurimac region.

"Those countries that claim to be first-world have found the key and the solution. What is it? It is unity. Only in unity can we achieve great things, only in unity can we overcome great challenges, only in unity can we call ourselves Peruvians. The key to growth is unity and good dialogue," she stated.

Similarly, the Head of State indicated that the first stone was laid to build a quality healthcare facility aimed at serving the Aymaraes population.

"We have spared no effort because a government that invests in healthcare must not have political calculations or meanness; it must only prioritize people's health," she said.

In this regard, the top official stated that quality hospitals are being built nationwide and that projects dedicated to this type of infrastructure have been unlocked.

"We will continue to move forward in delivering everything we can throughout the length and breadth of the (national) territory until 2026. There is much to be done, and time will be limited, but we will do everything we can," she added.

Mrs. Boluarte explained that the healthcare facility's infrastructure will cover 5,400 square meters, where various types of consultation rooms will be set up, providing a range of services.

The president also noted that over S/75 million (above US$20.38 million) was invested, adding that this project is expected to be completed in 425 calendar days.

"We will continue working because the voices of each one of you are the voices of Peruvians, the affection you give us is the strength that allows us to move forward. Time is short, and we must step on the accelerator," she remarked.
