Peru's Permanent Representative to International Economic Organizations based in Paris, Ambassador Ana Rosa Valdivieso, met with International Transport Forum (ITF) Secretary General, Young Tae Kim.

The meeting's purpose was to highlight the role of the new diplomatic mission in strengthening collaborative relations between this autonomous body of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the Republic of Peru.

During the gathering, the Permanent Representative highlighted Peru's international reach through the construction of the Chancay Megaport and the new Jorge Chavez Airport in Lima.

Additionally, the diplomat welcomed the dialogue initiated with the Peruvian Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC).

She also expressed gratitude for the invitation extended to Minister Raul Perez Reyes to participate in the ITF Summit, to be held in Leipzig, Germany, from May 21 to 23.
