According to the document, the aforementioned Ambassador in the Diplomatic Service of the Republic had been serving in the position on an interim basis, and her appointment as APCI's head is now officially confirmed.
Similarly, the resolution stated that Pantoja Crespo meets the minimum requirements to serve as Executive Director of the APCI and that she is not restricted or disqualified from holding public office.
It further specified that the appointment complies with the provisions of the Executive Branch Organic Law, the Law regulating the Executive Branch's participation in the appointment and designation of public officials, and the law establishing provisions to ensure suitability in access to and exercise of public office by freely-appointed and removable officials and directors.
Additionally, it follows the APCI founding law and Supreme Decree No. 028-2007-RE, which approves its Regulations on Organization and Functions.
The resolution bears the endorsement of the President of the Republic, Dina Boluarte, and Foreign Affairs Minister, Elmer Schialer.
