The Congress of the Republic has officialized the authorization for President Dina Boluarte to leave the country from September 21 to 25, 2025.

The measure was formalized through Legislative Resolution No. 32444, published in the Legal Regulation section of the Official Gazette El Peruano on Thursday.

During her upcoming trip, the Head of State will also hold bilateral meetings with her counterparts, as well as with senior officials of the United Nations System attending the High-Level Week event.

The regulation specifies that the top official will remain in charge of the Presidential Office by using digital technologies, which incorporate digital security mechanisms and ensure the safety of the means employed.

This is in line with the provisions of Article 8-A of Law No. 29158, the Organic Law of the Executive Branch, incorporated by Law No. 31810, as well as the regulations in force on security and digital trust in the country.
