Winternational 2024: Peruvian diversity shines at cultural fair in D.C.

The Embassy of Peru in the United States successfully took part in the Winternational 2024 cultural fair, which aimed to showcase cultural diversity to the American public.

The Peruvian diplomatic mission prepared a colorful cultural stand, which presented crafts such as altarpieces and Toritos de Pucara (Pucara Bulls).

Similarly, it exhibited Peru's cultural richness and diversity. Also, the main tourist destinations and our extraordinary gastronomy were promoted through audiovisual material.

The 11th Annual Winternational Embassy Showcase saw the participation of 66 embassies and international organizations, including the European Union, the Arab League, and the African Union. 

More than 6,000 people attended the event.

It took place at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington, D.C., on December 5.
