Peru's PM arrives in France to participate in OECD Ministerial Council Meeting 2024

Peruvian Prime Minister Gustavo Adrianzen arrived in the French capital, Paris, on Wednesday to participate in the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Ministerial Council Meeting, with the participation in Session 5: "Credible Pathways Towards Sustainable and Inclusive Growth Under the Interlinked Global Crises."


Upon arriving in France, the Cabinet chief held a coordination meeting with Peruvian State officials in the European country.

Afterwards, the Prime Minister participated in the Rekindling Ceremony of the Unknown Soldier Flame under Arc de Triomphe. On the occasion, he was joined by Peru's Foreign Affairs Minister Javier Gonzalez-Olaechea.

During the event, he laid a floral wreath in tribute to the heroes and victims of past and present conflicts. Thus, he expressed his respect and tribute to those who sacrificed their lives for their homeland.

On May 2, the high-ranking official fulfills a busy agenda, including bilateral meetings with OECD Economic Studies Chief Alvaro Santos Pereira and Bulgarian Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev.
